ISSA Certified

Growing up Laura always maintained an active lifestyle. She stared playing soccer at the age of 5, in high school, and continued that passion all the way to college. In 2015 she got her ISSA certification.

She found her purpose: To help others see having a fit lifestyle doesn’t mean you have to completely give up things you love, change your entire life or achieve one certain look. Laura wants to motivate others to be healthy, fit, and confident by being an example of someone who makes their health a priority while still living a fun balanced life!

Laura works with all different skill sets and fitness levels. She’s determined and passionate. As a Personal Trainer her goal is to build a bond, long term with her clients. “You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream.“

John

NASM Certified

I’m John, and I’m a NASM certified personal trainer. I started my fitness journey as a client myself, looking to get stronger and become more comfortable in my body. I know how intimidating the gym can be, and now as a trainer I’ve made it my mission to foster an encouraging and empowering atmosphere for my clients.

I have dedicated myself to training a wide range of people from aspiring athletes, clients looking to boost their energy and alleviate stress, and even the elderly looking to get back on their feet again. I focus on functional movements with an attention to proper body mechanics, all while maintaining a fun and welcoming environment. My training method will be personally tailored to your lifestyle and your specific goals.
